INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORDERING:

Please provide the following information in the personalization box:

1. Airport or Area Code
2. Thread Color (see photos)
3. Monogram Style Choice- Block, Fancy, or Greek (if design chosen)
4. Initials in the order you want them embroidered. Typical monogram format for women is First initial, Last initial, Middle initial. ex: Ashley Marie Lewis = ALM.

For Greek letters please provide entire name!
